She's small and loves to be played, even though she doesn't use the same tuning as a guitar nor share most of the playing techniques.

http://www.theukulelesite.com) for about $80, shipping was an additional $80, customs was R120. 11 days incl. weekends to get here using Express Mail International from USPS.
Packaging was great, they did an incredible setup on the instrument, I also bought a set of Aquila extra strings for I think $4 or $5.
Excellent service, they've also got a few awesome videos on their site for lessons - beginner to advanced - and so on.
