Don't get me wrong. I support England, but I thought the squad was a bit weak, not much in midfield, Frank Lampard was a huge loss, still below his best but he had a better season this year. Not too sure of Gerrard, but he has played well so far.
I am still not convinced about Wellbeck, but with Rooney back I hope they can do it.

I was a bit skeptical about Hodgson, I also thought the squad looked a little weak.
I like Lampard, a lot, one of my favourite players, definitely a loss.
Gerrard's looking very good, no complaints there.
Same here, not 100% convinced about Wellbeck, or Andy Carroll, but I think Welbeck and Rooney could make some magic...and Andy Carroll's a nice guy to have on the bench in case plan B is needed. ?
There's some young fast players in that attack, if they play with confidence they can cause problems for any defence.
I'm just a crazy England supporter, I support them to the end, every tournament, no matter what...they usually disappoint me, but what the hell, it's always fun. ?
