I've came across a lot of tabs but I'never see this kind of note before .
It's called a single note slash like this :
E|-------5-----|
B|------0------|
G|--1------6--|
D|--2-----6---|
A|-----5。----|
E|----8-2-----|
How can I play the note on the A string ?
Thank you for reading this.

I am not sure if this is a troll 'cos of the low post count (1) and the nature of the question. Maybe it's a trick question...in that case the joke's on me... :-\
But anyway, I dont think that piece of tab is correct as what's depicted there is not a single note strum, but more than one note being played in succession. Also, think about the functioning of the normal human hand and if this will be possible at all. That would be impossible as you cannot play (for instance, D string) 2 and 6 at the same time. To me it looks like misalinged tab.
If it is indeed a "chord", what song is this from? Would love to hear it!!!
A quick google search also indicated that a "single note slash" is indicated by a 0 (zero) on the tab string line. (it also appears that the term "single note slash" is not widely used).
So, in theory, the only "single note slash" in the piece depicted above is the open "B", or B|------0------| .
