DrGonzo Yeah I am very much, as they say... Visually Impaired yes, and I used to rock out in a progmetal band wearing me specs - perhaps not as metal as i should of been but hey! It worked out well enough, my frames are quite shapable, so I would just curve the arms in as much as i could and get it sitting nice and tight on my head... did come off and fly across the stage the one time which was quite embarrassing, but other than that it was cool ?
Conrad I do and it makes me look like an old an fat Harry bloody Potter. I try to wear contacts when performing but sometimes I just don't want to go through the trouble. Another issue with glasses is that your peripheral vision is weak. I hate it I hate it I hate it! Had to start using them at age 22 because of reading from computer screens all day!
guidothepimmp Just get some edgar davids goggles and make it part your "look" on stage.. Tinted ones to really pimmp.. Err.. Rock out
Armandearl Try and get some more lightweight frame like a titanium rimmless frame. It might solve the problem. Good luck.
