What a great show and special bonus Stuart G from Marshall(and this forum) did an opening acoustic set which was very good.
Well worth the entry fee, as guitarists in za we need to get out a experience live music more often, there excellent acts out there and just watching Dan last night was inspiration to me. ?

Saw him at Cafe Barcelona I think two/three weeks ago.
Was good. Bought his album after. Album not close to what it was live.

I dont want offend anyone, but Patlansky is great. I have seen him already two times, but i doubt I will go for a third time, since his act is always the same. and sometimes a bit over the top....
but he sounds great. I love SRV hence not difficult to like some of the songs he plays
