Jessica Sanchez

How the hell is this possible for a 16 year old?

Simply amazing.

Not my thing, but the skill is unquestionable.

Jessica Sanchez is American (born in Texas).

Steve Winwood and Celine Dion (and loads of other folks) were belting it out in their teens.

Listen to the high notes here that go into vibrato...not many folk can get this right.

Not my thing either, I won't be buying any Idols or Jessica CDs...but it sure is interesting to watch kids with insane musical skill levels.

Peter Hanmer and Clint & Co just did some gigs in Cape Town.
They were asked if some 13 year old CT guitarist can do Hotel California with them on one of the gigs.
Anyway they agreed.
Peter says this kid nailed the solo note for note, never missed a bend, nothing, perfect all the way through.

Strangely enough yesterday was the first time I'd watched Idols in years. That Joshua chap blew me away. Man alive the man's got soul!
