Somehow not surprising. Shops often don't have Fender saddle height size either. It's a Asian made guitar, right? If so, get a full set of metric Allen keys (hex wrenches) from a hardware store (not expensive and worth having around). If it's US made, it'll be an Imperial size (hell, get both ?).
