Always liked the beginning bit of that - kind of Wes Montgomery meets Hendrix. He kills it with the shredding in the middle though (IMO).

But damn, I can never watch a Vai clip without getting envious of those pinkies, which I think are longer than my middle fingers. I'm sure the guy must have Marfan's syndrome...
