Fender Squier Bullet Strat

This is a friends guitar with the serial number: COS10029494.

I was just wondering what he could get for the guitar + Strap + Cort Cable + 15W Roland Amp? It is in near perfect condition.

It is a Roland Cube XL amp. Settings include: extreme, metal zone, distortion, overdrive. It also has a power squeezer and equalizer.

You could give it to me. ? Well, I'm not sure about the amp, but the last time I saw a Bullet in a music store it went for about R2 000 new. Have you tried checking out other classified ads (like Gumtree or Junkmail) to see what they charge?

It's a MIC Squier with a horrid sticker on it. The strap and cable double the value... 8)

R1500-R1800 for the package IMO. I'm definitely not a fan of those.

Basically worth what you can get for it. Like Mike said, he paid R700 for an Affinity (generally considered a little higher in quality than a bullet), I sold mine for 1k, so it's going to be pretty difficult to move that bullet.

Don't do that. Let him deal with it. Bullet strats are basically the cheapest of the cheap and their resale value is horrid.

That's why I was thinking to make him a offer on it and before I pay him I will sell the guitar and then keep the profit I made on it. That way I can't lose money.

Maybe others feel different, but just the fact that you call it a "Fender Squier" shows that you view it in higher regard because of the Fender name.

Don't be fooled. Big brands can make junk guitars. Yamaha for example...

I don't really see it as a great quality guitar because it doesn't sound great at all. I would recommend it as a beginners guitar and nothing more.

I'll give you 500 buckaroos for the cable...but only if it comes with the guitar attached at 1 end and the amp on the other.
