uncle I'm sure we all have a lot of guitars we wish we had held onto. here are mine, the ones that i shouldn't have sold! if anyone out there now owns one of these let me know! hows this for a nice set of acoustics i have managed to keep the dog in this one ? Gibson SJ300. that was hard for me to look at all these pics but the one I miss most is this beautiful Martin OM41 special
Bob-Dubery I have only one that I regret selling - my Ibanez Blazer back in '84 or so. IIRC it was an '82 guitar. At the time selling it made sense, but now I'm thinking that if I knew then what I know now I might not have... so I don't lose sleep over it. There's more that I regret buying.
giggsy karoo wrote If those are the ones you sold, what guitars did you decide to keep????? Great question!
uncle karoo wrote If those are the ones you sold, what guitars did you decide to keep????? well at this stage i currently own a far smaller collection. PRS Tremonti Martin D42 Fender Deluxe strat USA Fender Jap Strat 62 reissue 1966 Fender Super reverb 1972 Marshall JMP50 and I'm looking for a decent Gibson Les Paul.
uncle Sean wrote Are there any you did not regret selling? this is only the ones i do- plenty have come and gone with no regret.
uncle Manfred Klose wrote thats a sweet tele you had >☹ Q: what replaced all these guitars ? many things have replaced these guitars including engagement rings, other guitars, overseas trips etc. the sickness runs deep in me
uncle Donovan Banks wrote wow. Ok I need to know more bout this one; and this one; the Les Paul was a 2005 custom. great guitar! played very nice and had a good sound. i prefer LP standards to be honest. so decided to sell after i was given a good offer. the tele was a 2002/3 ash body american standard. GREAT guitar!! however i sold to fund a mesa boogie dual rectifier head. shouldn't have done that ☹

Lol kidding! In all seriousness though, that LP Custom is damn sweet, a mate of mine has an identical one that he got for dirt cheap from a local music store who had just reposessed a bunch of gear from a church or something that wasn't making payments on the stuff and the sales guy was desperate to recover at least some of the money they'd lost. I think his is an '89 or something thereabouts.
aja That guitar top right in the first pic - was it made in south africa and did it have a very small fretboard radius? I am so sure I saw it at Ronnie's albang & strumit shop in linden...
