Please forgive the shyte playing, but so many people criticize the Peavey's gain channel, and I think it doesn't sound too bad in this clip. Recording was done with my cellphone which came out surprisingly well. SG straight into the Classic 30.

Love the blues, i've got a similar amp, the peavey delta blues.
What cellphone did you use? great sound quality for a cellphone.

Hi Manfred, I have heard good things of the Delta Blues, never tried one though.
I recorded it with a Nokia N95-8Gb. I was just messing around, expecting it to clip out due to the volume and when I watched it I was pleasantly surprised. Clip is about 27 mb, which isn't too bad to upload.
