Rotosound strings

I see my local shop has got them and at R20 less than D'Addarios (which I've always used and loved).

Has anyone tried them? Worth trying it out?

Yeah, I'm using the .011 nickel wounds on electric. I switched from EBs about six months ago (and bass from D'Addario about a year ago). They feel like EBs, so a little higher tension/stiffer than the D'Addarios, but seem to last about 25% longer than the EBs for me (four weeks instead of three).

I love the Rotos. I use them on my acoustic, but still use Ernie Ball on my electrics.

I tried Roto Yellows about a month ago. I really liked how they felt. Love their tension, but I'm back on Elixirs. Like how to elixirs sound and feel and they just last so much longer for me...

I switched from D'Addario 10's to Roto Yellows about 4years back. Love the way they sound and feel. I use them on both my SG and Tele.

I will be trying the Elixirs in the not so distant future.

Their not bad...I personally still prefer d'Addarios as they last longer (on electric for me). I use the Blues, and they've got a very nice crisp tone which I like.
