I was given this guitar , has no make or model number on it.
I could swear I saw a Maynard(the Guitar Luthier guy in Cpt) that looked very similar to this , same kind of complex inlays with a bird.
It has definitely been handmade by a Luthier and not a factory
It has the most complicated abalone/inlays I have ever seen!!
Anyone have any clues about it?
It looks like it was left in a very hot car or built with insufficient bracing becuase the top and bottom , esp the top , has cracked etc.
Guitar actually still plays and sounds quite nice , action is a bit wonky tho!
The one tuner button was bent at an angle , so I tried to help it straight but it broke off - I still have the tuner button
though.
Been lying around for quite sometime if anyone's interested in it as a fixer-upper or mantle piece decoration please make me an offer!!
