MOTU UltraLite-MK3 Recording Interface

I am thinking about upgrading to the MOTU UltraLIte

Currently Im using a MAYA44 card.

Has anybody used this interface?
Any comments or suggestions? Perhaps a competitive product?

Great if you are looking for an all-in-one, but I'm pretty sure you could do better for the money if you just want a good interface without DSP - even within MOTUs Range.

Mac or PC? I ask because some of the good brands like Apogee are Mac only.

Apogee, Focusrite, or RME, in my opinion. Don't go anywhere else.
