Yes, all the usual setup things (except setting pickup heights ?). Most nylons don't have a truss, but all acoustic steels do.
Basically how does the setup on an acoustic work.
Cut the nut slots, set the truss rod, file the saddle to lower the action or replace it to raise the action, occasionally even file the saddle top for intonation purposes (rare, bus sometimes needed). Fret dressing if needed too...
