A big thanks to one and all. It's truly appreciated! She's at peace now... funeral thing was yesterday... I'm at peace now. Don't have no more pesky family invading my home either - that was the most stressful. you learn from these things - like learning you can't have people around in a family environment - learning to look after others and clean up after them cos they're messy n stuff. Its alien to me. No more. No marriage and definitely no kids. They bring the baby near me and I run. Introductions go along the lines of "This is my sister in law, Lynne, and ... um... I don't know who that thing is in her arms but I think its vital or necessary to be there."
My humour never faded once which is a good thing. People phone while the pastor was at my house "Yeah, the pastor is here. He let me sit on his lap and he stroked my hair saying I was a very special boy"... that got us all cracking up which was a nice thing.
But alas, all the stress is gone now. I couldn't read my speech at the funeral cos the pastor made us all cry, himself included. So I folded it and asked the funeral people to put it in her hands, etc.
But thanks guys, it means the world to me. ?
