Great time. Well organised. Easy to get to the loo. Easy get to the drinks. Nice turnout. Even the rain was acceptable.
Great sound and lights. In Flames were brilliant, WAY too short tho.
After InFlames was an Isreali outfit called Infected Mushroom.
Now I abhor Rave music to the core but these guys had a new slant.
Great psycadelic backing visuals sometime incorporating the lyric - they covered a Foo Fighters song.
But the big thing, having a wicked Metal/hard rock shredder in the mix was too cool.
So you had a drummer, the keyboardist, a vocalist front man and a hard rock guitarist.
Man what a crossover, I was flabbergasted. The end result was quite mind blowing.
Ok, there, I've said it.
