We need a ROCK radio station in Cape Town urgently!!!!

OK i've been to joburg the weekend, and was amazed at the amount of quality radio stations up there, like "UJ FM" and "Tuks FM". I cant stand listening to the same songs every day on 5FM!!!! ? RAdio 2000 used to be good station, but now they are under new management, sounds like KFM now. I can probably listen to streaming audio radio stations on the net, but dont always have internet with me. Is there a way i can pick up radio stations from joburg perhaps? Or should someone just start a quality radio station in Cape town? P.S:I know russel is on to something, that is great news!!! thanks man.

What about something like this:

Will it work?
