Fair point, but Treadwell and his girlfriend still basically lay themselves out on a platter, knowing that there were aggressive bears around, in an area where there was a known scarcity of food for the bears. Not sure what else he expected........
To a bear, an off-guard human in a sleeping bag in a tent is as much a valid target of opportunity as a blueberry bush full of juicy berries.
