It's the Voce V5+ Hammond B3/C3 Simulator for MIDI Keyboards.......(But then it sais that on the casing..... :-\ :-\....)
Seems to have rave reviews but is a little pricey.......

Never seen/heard one, but I know they are highly regarded. Compared to a Roland VK-8M (or NI's B4), you do lack the Leslie sims - not an issue if you're planning on building up a component system (which lets get the best for every aspect), but a Leslie is a crucial thing to have.
I do think I'd invest in something like a Neo Ventilator before getting a dedicated Hammond module - a good Leslie sim gets you most of the way there with even a lacklustre Hammond patch IMO and expands your other sounds too (and your guitar-playing hubby can snaffle it on occasion, for er...

?). Plus you can still use it when you upgrade keys.

There is a foot controlled Leslie simulator available for the V5+
Kind of like buying pedals for your keyboard.....
