Now that's a blast from the past. Great to see one of the most severely underrated artists (at least in some countries) getting some coverage. Hopefully some people in the US will finally realize what they never knew they had.

Here's hoping the man himself has benefited in some way from this, even if it's just little boost in sales (hopefully some record company fatcats don't benefit more than he does...although I'm sure they may).

I used to have Cold Fact on vinyl and cassette and they both did some serious mileage. Great music and good memories.

It's now on my 'CD's to buy' list......

Jack-Flash-Jr

? Cool.... it's almost like The Story of Anvil but substitute Japan for SA...

Here's the website of the guy who was instrumental in 're-discovering' Sixto some years back, and provided the impetus for what is now this movie:

I recall there being a Rodriguez concert on in East London back in the day, I never went for some reason but I see its not listed on the site..

I saw him perform at the second or third (IIRC) Woodstock many years ago, but I see that's not there either.

Cool, Woodstock's on that list too - felt the 90's not as "recent" as 2001.
