I can't wait..

DonovanB

I'm seriously looking forward to Slash's second album. Sounds like it's gonna be rocking.

Myles Kennedy is amazing!

Seventhson

I don't know why but I cannot stand slash. I really can't stand him.
He is a great guitarist but he pushes my buttons >☹

Nicholas-L

:'( waiting in anticipation.

fjcdt

I'm not a fan either, but the man has some tasty licks, some decent guitar tones and some sexy les pauls - Can't argue with that now can you? ?

shaunf

Don, I can't wait either. I got really excited when I saw this interview a week or so back:

Pay particular attention to the last paragraph. If they come to SA, I'll sell my kids to get there if I have to.

Sounds like you're a closet fan! ?

IceCreamMan

il iked the first album, the idea of using different vocalists actually works well....

and lemmy just pulls it off beautifully

Squonk

I also used think Slash was a bit of a walnut, Axel was most probably the main cause of this.

But the more I listen to him and hear interviews etc , he is actually has quite a good sense of humour and I am only appreciating his guitar playing now long after the event.

Myles Kennedy must have the greatest voice in Rock period.

majestikc

Wunterslaush

He's the only guitar "kerel" as well as Dimebag that I can still enjoy listening to, he's also not too much of a slouch when it comes to songwriting either which is a rare skill among scale-abusing-tokkellers.

If he comes I'll definitely be going, all we got so far is rubbish In Flames.

@shaunf
Man that is so unfair, i dont have any kids to sell.
☹
Speaking of Miles any Alterbridge fans?
Wouldnt mind having Slash and Mark on the same stage with Miles doing the vocals, should be something to see.

Don't worry, I have 2 kids. I'll pass one your way free of charge. All resulting ancillary costs are for your account though! ?

I'm a big Alter Bridge fan too, but in particular Myles. To me, Myles Kennedy is probably the greatest voice to come out of Rock 'n Roll in the last decade.

fjcdt

Didnt really know about Myles until i happend upon the acoustic set he did with Slash.
Then it was all over, that was brilliant.
Never thought to check for a vid where Slash joins AB. Will check it out thanks nick.

Reinhard

There's a bunch of high quality vids from Made in Stoke on youtube. I'd love to get the DVD, really dig Myles's voice.

shaunf
