Take the standard Ibanez wiring:

Now:
- Where the Ibanez pickup has a WHITE wire (main output), substitute the Seymour Duncan BLACK wire
- Where you see a RED wire (coil cut), substitute the Seymour Duncan RED AND WHITE wires joined together
- Where you see the Ibanez pickup GROUND/SHIELD wire, substitute the Duncan GREEN AND GROUND wires together
If you find the pickups are out of phase (thin and nasal odd sound) when you have the switch on position two and four, reverse the polarity of the Duncan pickups by swapping the positions of the GREEN and BLACK wires.
