Cover of Monument by A Day To Remember

So.... I've taken all i've learnt from the helpful people who posted some feedback on my last attempt at home recording and have recorded a cover of Monument by the band A Day To Remember.. i hope my playing does the song justice.

Any feedback would be appreciated.. i double-tracked the guitars and used a more 'clicky' kick drum this time. One problem i found was that in the fast palm muting sections (0:29 - 0:51) i cant seem to get rid of a hissing, or whooshing bass sound when there's supposed to be silence. I dunno if just cranking up the noise gate will help.. so if anybody has any suggestions abt that i'd be grateful!

hmmmm, well i did wat you suggested before, i tracked two guitars one hard left one hard right... and the first bit is panned to the left and the riff during the palm muting is panned right i think. i didnt really pan drums i should prob work on that..

It's the 16th note muted riffs that's tight with the kicks that's appears to be coming from the center of the panoramic image.

With my explanation (regarding heavier guitars) I meant no guitar should be in the center unless it's a lead or a riff being emphasized. ?

When everything kicks in after the intro riff (Just before 0:06 min) it sounds like it goes back to the center instead of staying left and right?
I dunno if that's the player?
Am I the only on experiencing this? ???
