Danele Looking for a mustang.. found this place, they offer it on HP, for poor ppl like me. haha. was just wondering if it seems legit? anyone ordered from them in the past, maybe? http://skysun.co.za/musical_instruments/
DonovanB ja, they're the agents for Washburn etc. Most stores offer gear on HP. It's not really advisable though. You don't get a store discount if you buy like that. I bought so many (so much of, for the Durban folk)stupidly cheap gear items and got by on them. Second hand stuff as well is awesome. Then you're not stuck paying the stuff off.
singemonkey Are you aware that this gorgeous creature is being sold on the classifieds here by a long-time member with whom many have shared worry free transactions? http://www.guitarforum.co.za/index.php?action=classifieds%3Bsa%3Dview%3Bid%3D297
AlanRatcliffe +1 on buying from Skylark - I've done it myself on a few items and been very happy. At R7k s/h vs. R13,500 new (Plus at least 1/4 of the price again in finance charges over 6 months), there is no competition. If you need the finance, most music stores are offering credit via RCS, and if you go direct to RCS for a loan you can still buy at secondhand or discounted price. If you qualify via the store, you'll qualify anyway.
Danele true, that pawn shop special is a beaut, but i read they arent full size, a little smaller than original.
