'Spose that's what I get for listening with headphones at 2 AM and only commenting this morning. :-[ I heard the rhythm at 1:50 as a Tele through a Fender Tweed Bassman and the slide part at 5:20 onwards as an EBowed and distorted electric (at least, that's just what I sound like on EBowed electric). To be honest, they are not far off those sounds now I listen to them on my big V8s.
Still, the obviously acoustic parts are often too percussive and get more than a little plinky when you play rhythm in the upper registers later in the track (about 6:00 - also those parts could do with a bit more reverb and bringing down in volume a few dB to get them to sit better).
