I'm trying to sell my dad's stereo. I know a fair amount about this type of stuff but not much.
I also don't know the value so I would like some help. ?
Here are the specs!
CD Player – Wadia 6 Integrated Drive and DAC. Can be
upgraded by Tweak Audio to latest software specification if required.
Amplifiers – Steinhardt TVP 301 – 300W valve monoblacks.
All valves have less than 250 hours of play.
Speakers – Sonor Audio – These include Dynaudio Esotar
drivers. I do not remember exactly
what the speakers are but they are floor standing 3 ways with an
additional passive isobaric driver. They are the same spec as
Dynaudio Contour 2.8’s. Speakers are fully bi-wireable.
Interconnect – Van den Hul
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.
Speaker Cable – Transparent Audio Ultra 2.4m terminated pair (not bi-wired)
Gearhead
When selling, mention the brand of the 300B valves. These vary in price from $150 per pair of Chinese to $1200 for NOS stuff. Quite significant, even relative to those monoblocks.
