My old man is getting into acoustic, he can play a little bit but nothing too hectic.
There is a pretty good deal available on a crafter FSG 250EQ, only thing is we are not familiar with the brand.
He just needs a decent quality guitar to start with, nothing fancy, just dont want to buy a complete piece of sheit.
Anyone familiar with this guitar, is it a good deal, almost brand new for R1500?
Please advise, I know absolutely nothing about acoustic ?

The ones I've seen haven't been very impressive. Well priced though.
The one in the pic is kind of an Ovation knockoff with a synthetic (but not rounded) back, similar bridge shape and the plastic rosette. I think everyone knows how I feel about Ovations... ?
I'd say keep a lookout for a Cort. Some truly excellent bang-for-the-buck secondhand.
