ok i have my eye on a pawn shop special of a 1980's or there abouts roland cube 60 ...... the old one in a white/cream colour ...... first i only want it for clean jazz tones.and the jazz sites highly recommend these old cubes........ ok i tested it yesterday and it sounds great and is a fat sound the eq and features are cool ........ BUT everytime i hit a Bb noteon the bass strings the amp buzzed /rattled it was a rush test so not sure if it was the speaker or the cab but the other notes were pure............ but the low Bb without fail caused this reaction ........
so some educated guess's
is it the cab;s resonant frequency ?? and it's come somewhat loose over the years and it's just the cab rattling .or a loose panel inside ....... which i feel i could have fixed ...... or could it be a speaker fault??? or is it none of the above and possible electronic which i doubt but one never knows .......
unfortunately i woulda tried to track it down better but i was stopping in by pure chance on my way to a sat afternoon gig and caught the pawn shop just closing ....... so dashed in and had a quick look at their music gear and saw it and only had time for a 2 min test .........
so what you think

Hard to tell without hearing it, but 90% chance it's fixable. Any note on the guit should be waaay above the resonant frequency of speaker+cab. Rattles are easy to track and fix. Speaker flbflbflb is more expensive (speaker replacement on your mind yet?)

Well Keira the easy "fix" is not to play the Bb on the bass string...just avoid it ?
No, it could be a loose screw/nut , joint in the cab, or baffle board or even speaker (which I doubt) . Does the buzz actually come from/through the speaker ? As GH says a cab buzz is usually easy to fix and a speaker upgrade is almost a certainty in this case. If the pawn price is good, go for it.
I have a room buzz at certain fequencies which is damn difficult to pin point
