Venue: Gumtree Manor as suggested by Joe. Proceedings:Meet and Greet, food and drink on own account (All welcome). Not theme specific, there will be a variety of age, gender, race and musical interests - I’m sure the diversity will only make it more interesting. Let’s respect each other like we do on this forum. Identification: Please wear nametag with forum nick. Transport: If there are people with transport problems please post here, I’m sure the guys will help each other out, the venue is very central.

I've sent mail to the venue to see if they'll have us, but I'm sure any pub will have a gathering of musos? I'm mean, what could go wrong? If I'm stepping on your toes by doing this, I'll play you a small violin!

So this is Gumtree Manor in Midrand? If so it's good. I tried to PM Joel who, as I remember, suggested the place but he hasnt replied. I know that he digs what goes on there. Wont anyone be bringing their bokkies with? That might mean more people to tell the place. I dont think I will becasue I work just some way from there and probably go direct from work.
