In his later years, Winston Churchhill did a speech to some famous university's students about success. All he said was: Never give up.

Have you tried the portals yet - career junction / Pnet?

Maybe you can organise a lift or something?

Public transport? Not all working people in this country are fortunate enough to have cars, the minority actually.

Keep looking!! ?

What are you willing to do for money? are you looking for a comfortable job? there is a hell of a lot of work. Go to a hardware store , ask there. Go to a builder, ask there. Hard work but it's work. But not everyone wants to do it. Put your name up on a board at a shopping center and tell the people what you'll do. Looking at the history of your job hunting exploits you just cant be picky. But then again I dont know if you've been hungry before. Would you carry a golf bag for 4-4.5 hours for 200-00? Not much but possibly more than you've got. What happened to Pick 'nPay?

+1

Most people with jobs don't have cars, and in most cases it won't matter. Unless the job requires you to be on the road all the employer is interested in is you getting to work reliably and on time.

Yeah the pnp fell through.

Look, carrying golf bags is an honest living and an option if you really can't find anything else. Not being desperate enough is irrelevant, its better than sitting on your thumb.

Whereabouts are you located, and what is your background? What type of hours are you willing to work and what salary do you hope getting. Pm. If its personal
