What are ur thoughts on a telecaster in general, u see I like playing a crunchy type of sound, how would a tele sound with a marshall amp? Any advice

The telecaster is the AK47 (in Singemonkeys words) of the guitar world... you can hit crunch big time - a lot of the early Zeppelin riffs were played on a Tele (as well as solos like Stairways). I love 'em.

Really versatile guitars!!! I love my Tele ?

Clean or driven, they really do sound amazing. I have a good few dirt pedals on my board, of all types (Overdrive, Distortion, Fuzz) and they all work so well with the sound.

Then again, it all depends what your idea of great sound is. I found the sound I had in my head with a Tele, but it's all subjective. Try one out, take your rig to a music shop and plug a few different guitars into it (fiddle with your settings before writing each one off) and see what jumps out at you.

What pickups are on a tele, I'm playing a humbucker jag atm would I miss it if I get a tele? And would u guys say the tele is a thorn in gibsons LP campaings

The pure, classic tele is a solid body with a bolt on neck and two single coil pickups, but as is so often the case with Fender there's a confusing range of variants - semi-acoustics, one humbucker (neck), two humbuckers, three single coils....

Well it wouldn't be like for like. Whether or not you'd miss it is something only you can know, and there's only one way to find out ?

No - they are vastly different and different sounding guitars.

Tele is more of a jack of all trades, LP is more of a plain badass, and will probably sound better for you through a marshall with some crunch on it. What styles of music do you like?
