FruitarGeek More specifically, looking for a company to register and reserve a domain name before we host a web page. I used iCreate Hosting, and they where fantastic, but I am completely appalled at their lack of customer support. I required some assistance and Im yet to receive an email back (over a week ago) - and if I don't get help soon, I could lose my registered domain. So, do any of you know a good company that has competitive prices and helpful customer service?
epictring Well with my clients I either use Nearlyfreespeech.net (excellent for smaller sites) Or for bigger sites Hostgator, about R65 p/month.
shaundtsl I could usually assist, I have my own web server, but am having some DNS issues at the moment with new domain registrations. I would highly recommend web Africa though. I got excellent service from them. http://www.webafrica.co.za/ Check them out.

DonRoos I use Hetzner and have had no issues with them in 2 years. They can host in SA or international if you wish.
