Liked this one. Vocalist is definitely improving and your playing sounded clean. It does sound like there was a bit of a tempo cookout at 2:30. If I remember correctly you mentioned you guys don't record with a metronome, do you still not?

I don't normally comment on other people's work but this one impressed me, even though it's not my favourite genre.

My very amateur (and non-metalhead) opinion - Good buildup throughout the song, some cool tempo changes to keep us guessing and an effective cut to some nice atmospherics at the end. Well done.

Sounds like the vocals were not standing out as much as they could have at the start. Later in the song this doesn't appear to be an issue but at the start, the guitar riff seems to distract me from the vocals instead of supporting the vocals. Nothing wrong with the riff, but I just found myself unable to hear the vocals properly at the start.

Being relatively new to the recording thing, I may not have articulated my feedback in the correct terms etc but I hope you understand.

Some constructive critique: the guitars playing the same line as the vocals almost in the same register at the same time just causes a clash, maybe try root power chords under the vocal, then when the vocal stops the guitar playing the "lead" will be more effective as well. Couldn't listen to the whole thing though, only the first 30 seconds or so, my wireless keeps crapping out.

Interesting....please try to listen to the whole thing, would appreciate more feedback.
