Nicholas-L What is it that you as a guitarist are looking for in your Drive pedal? Touch sensitivity, transparency, tube type drive, sponginess, harsh and in your face? A lot of young guitarists (ok I'm still young as well) these days just say as long as its heavy. Is it just me that thinks its noisy? ???
Gearhead There must be about a dozen times more ideas about how a drive sound should be, as there are guitarists. If all else fails, I think I will start building boutique drive pedals; there probably is no more efficient way to part a guitarist and his money.
