its time for you to reconcile with Epiphone... ha ha ha. Last time I went into Marshall there was a gorgeous Gibson LP custom, I think. Black with gold hardware. I'm no Gibson fan but that was sure purdy...

I Love it when they use the terms "cost price" I highly doubt so ? Or as per normal there is a crappy squire for cost and only 5% off decent equipment. Then they say on no thats "premium goods" so we cant give you a discount on that... So I just order online and pay half ?

EDIT: sorry after reading this post it sounds very negative... not my intention, I dont want to be negative. Just pointing out the loose use of sales technique

Ya sure it is a sales pitch, and of course they cant sell it for the price that they buy it for.. That would defeat the purpose of they're existance... But hey, it's considerably cheaper than usual?

I was at Marshall Woodmead about an hour ago and the manager, Garth, mentioned that they are having a sale on Friday and Saturday. I'm assuming it must be the same sale the CT branches are having. Hope that clears it up.
