Very cool guitar. I'm not a big fan of these super-tricked out '70s custom guitars, but I can see where they were coming from. Garcia's guitars are another good example. More little switches than you could shake a stick at.
I do like the idea of the button to cut the guitar signal.

Pretty nice copy of an unusual guitar (which wasn't actually a Gibson). The parametric was fitted so Frank could get the "cocked wah" sound without a wah. He was an unusual player with a taste for unusual, often "ugly" guitar tones and was as much a studio engineer as anything else.
