Ray I've been getting phone calls. And it is from a bunch who reckons they are some law firm collecting money for whoever. And they are getting pretty darned heavy about it but that's alright. And they want money from me for a TV license. And I say but I havent got a TV. And they dont believe me. They ask me what happened to my TV? And I have been asking them what the hell has it got to do with you? No, becasue they want me to pay so many thousand bucks for outstanding TV license. And I say get lost and then they phone me either later the same day or the next day again. But these people are persistent hey.
Averatu And its not even the sabc, its a law firm that has bought the debt form the sabc, and now the use pressure tactics to turn a profit. Just ask them to send you paper work, proof of what they claim. They wont have it, and it would be a big call ach for them to get it. Worked for us.

Averatu If the issue is more than 3 years old, they have no case. Telkom does the same. They take a chance demanding a big sum, and some gullible noob pays, kaching profit!
