The over head power cables down our street had been stolen at various points, a total of 14 times. I calculated form the pool timer they where hitting at 1am every time. Passed the info on to the cops, they informed me the cable theft issue is being handled by a security company, who in turn then told me, 'sorry we have one patroll car for the north west'. So at 1am for a month I took my bassball bat for a walk. Problem solved.
