GFSA Newsletter corrupted

I just received my periodic Newsletter and for the second time in a row, it is corrupted - all kinds of embedded html codes and junk. Basically unreadable. Something needs fixing!

Its shows as html code in outlook 2010, but would probably render fine in a web page.
