This scenario came up in a movie we watched last night (Visioneers)... due to corporate big brother interference music is deemed a danger to happiness and stability. The DJ announce at various points during the movie that the last song over the radio ever is coming up, and he plays a lovely instrumental piece in the end (not sure by who).
