After nearly picking one up on Gumtree over the weekend, I now have GAS for a Beatle bass - anyone got a Hofner copy that they're keen on selling?

Giggsy wrote Just an update - got one yesterday ? bought one from the States and had it imported. Not top of the range, but a good copy of the original and I really like the shape and the way it play. Very happy. ?

First bass line I am mastering - Hysteria by Muse

Good Stuff, what FX will you use to get that huge chunky bass sound

Just been messing around on the Cube on the Extreme setting, full gain with a little bit of delay and on the Heavy Octave EFX setting - doesnt sound too bad
