Sorry to pester you like this, I'm looking at getting a similar one for my acoustic, don't want to regret it for any reason :?
very easy to apply, comes with like a clear plastic over it and the sticker is pre cut under the plastic so all u do is cut the plastic then place it over the fret then stick it down and then the plastic peels off.
no never tried any oils over it but if i recall, the website says that it is safe to do that and some people have even lacquered over it.
i rate it would be easy to remove it, its just a case of getting something under the sticker because its so thin.
