I am going to record on Friday, but I have one power supply that is extremely noisy. I have 2 power supplies, my Voodoo labs PP2 which powers EVERYTHING, (Such a rad unit) and then a 1500mA PSU I bought from Yebo electronics. The guy assured me it was quite, and was very versatile, the versatiliy is true, it came with many different switch's and power points (don't know what you call them, the actualy jack that you plug in), but its noisy as heck. Even if I just turn the unit on without plugging in an effect, you can hear a buzzzzz, and then when I plug in the HOG, man-oh-man, does that thing crank up the volume. Now obviously that comes through my amp, which is a no no. What can/should I try to reduce the noise?

The multi-voltage supplies are never any good. It might be better than an Ellies PSU, but it's still a bad design. You need something that's regulated for a specific voltage and properly smoothed. There are no really cheap shortcuts to good power. The closest I've seen are the Meanwell power supplies from Mantech.
