Strymon Effect Pedals

I assume that, by now, everyone who knows a bit about these little pedals between guitar and amp/in the fx-loop, will have heard about the Strymon series of effects pedals.

I have not seen a bad demo clip on Youtube of any of them.
The quality looks great and so to the various features on the diff models.
Is there anyone here that actually own any Strymon boxes ?

I am thinking about the El Capistan.

Any fans of the brand ?

I have a Brigadier and a Favorite Switch. Longest running delay in my rig ever, having been on my board since last May and it's not going anywhere. Fantastic pedal. I noticed Music Connection in JHB have a Brigadier in their pedal cabinet BTW.

I think CDee on the forum has a Blue Sky and there might also be a couple other Strymon owners.

I have ordered a Timeline, so I can't comment yet, but all the Stymon pedals look and sound fantastic.

I'm a fan, they are just so well thought out, well-made and good lookin'. Waiting to get my hands on a Lex, Blue Sky and possibly an OB.1. TimeLine obviously, but I have a TimeFactor already...

And they sound great ?
I have a Blue Sky and love it - use it for ambient/synth-y stuff. I especially like the fact that you can have 2 presets saved and accessible via footswitch. ?

Guys, are these pedal battery opperated, or do they come with a dedicated power supply, or can you run 'em on a 'regular' Boss 9V supply ?

Batteries aren't an option, they all have quite high current requirements of 250ma +. But yes, a regular Boss power supply will work, they are 9V ?
