Tried playing yesterday, but kept on being kicked after a few seconds. Reinstalled, hope it works tonight.

I'm so pissed off by now it's not even funny. I get kicked after 30 seconds. Tried all the punkbuster fixes, nothing works. The update/install only times out. I can't play on any PB server. Manual update from PB site worked last night, now I just get booted again. I'm ready to take this title and shove it up someones ass. You pay R400 and then some POS little programme prevents you playing it.

Just make sure your firewall (on your PC and router) is allowing all the ports PB needs.

This. Do you use avast. I heard it gives problems with bf 3. I use it but It has not given my any problems.

I'll check the ports thanks. Nope not using Avast, only windows defender. For some reason WAGE servers work. Any others I get booted. I'll check the ports tonight, thanks for the suggestion.

Try iGame servers. They are the best if you ask me.

Missed this thread.

I got BF3 the day it came out here in the US and was done shortly after that LOL.......great looking game on the PS3 although I felt more connected with the story and characters in BF2.

I just finished COD MW3.......also a very good game. I got two Assassins Creed games unopened and ready to go.

Kinda crazy a dude of my age being into video games but it is a serious addiction with me......total escape and my way of unwinding. When the house has gone to bed, I whip out my Sony MDR 7506's and turn off all the lights and I am gone....... if it is during the day and I am alone, I crank the surround.......LOL......the neighbors must think I am a nutter. I have been into this since PS1.

Can't wait for the new Max Payne and I am pissed that Splinter Cell went to XBox....... Heavy Rain was good...did all the MOH games.......love this stuff.
