Which is my favorite guitar? Someone asked me this the other day and I honestly cannot say.
Its a bit like asking a parent with a couple of kids which is their favorite.
What can you say? How could you choose?
They are all great in their own unique way.

Agree its something I have debated. I could not tell. Every time you pick one up it becomes your new favourite.

Yip... all of mine have their good points so couldn't choose a favourite!

But if the house is on fire and you can save only one, which one will it be? My baby blue strat. For sure.
Love em all, but my baby blue is my baby blue. ? The k@k starts with who will be saved after that.... My fsr tele, the breedlove or the ajd91c? Probably the 1 that happens to be nearest the door hey.

My Strat - electric plus piezo tones in one. The Sanox can do everything (both single and humbucker tones; piezo "acoustic" tones; and 13-pin for MIDI and modelling), but the Strat is my favourite. I've been thinking about adding a Hexpander to it for 13-pin too.

For me, it comes down to what my favorite players/bands use,
Gibson Les Paul Slash, Kirk Hammet Gary Moore,
ESP - Hammet
and Fender Strat. - David Gilmour, Mark Knopfler
IceCreamMan

i once went to hugh cumming's place and played a martin 00028ec. that was my favourite guitar. then i played a collings 12-fretter, can't recall which model, and that became my favourite guitar. i also played a few others that day, but these two stood out. i still lust after these two guitars, despite being head-over-heels in love with my beautiful larrivee.
sure, i'd go back into a burning house for my larrivee, but i'd rather go back in, get the wife and kids and claim on insurance for all three of my guitars, the keyboard, the clavinova, the paintings and et ceteras, and start from scratch!

Oh, thats the guitars used by others...
my favorite, well, I only have one guitar and thats a Squier Strat Standard, so it comes to favorite style, I use the humbucker type pickup 90% of the time.

Ideally i need 3 guitars the nylon for flamenco and world music the hofner jazz guitar for traditional jazz and the tele usa american standard and a fender type tube amp for my experimental electric jazz . But only picking one i would take the telecaster i have since i get a pretty good jazz tone out of the neck pup - and if i replaced the tele neck pup with a jazz pup it will be even warmer and fatter . i will also follow alan's route and fit a piezo pickup system in the tele's bridge to get that acoustic sound then the tele would be perfect for my style ?
Skywalker
Definately my Les Pauls 8)
Squonk
My Takamine FP325SRCA
I battled with it at first, firstly because I cant really play the thing and because I preferred nylon.
But it has started sounded good these last couple of years, This is the thing with spruce top acoustics, they need some time to mature

My fake Strat! ?
Hehe, well, not quite fake. Strat-style Epiphone in fact. After the few mods I've made to it, and the fact that it's been with me throughout my musical career, it's the only guitar I'm truly 100% comfortable with. Don't think I could ever sell it...
dee
Easy, considering I only have one... ?

My '65 ES-335. Although when the 345 is in fighting form it my just bump out the 335.

A good traditional solid-body Les Paul. I like a lot of guitars, but if I had to have one, that'd be the one. The looks, the weight, the necks, the sound. All in all it's a trip just looking at one and holding one. From 1954 - 1960 Gibson made a guitar that just cannot be improved on, IMO. My Tokai is improvement free ?

I'd just throw myself on the flames in hope to protect the wife and guitars whilst yelling
"save yourselves!"
If the question had anything to do with priorities, that might have been an OK answer.
I'd have to say my Manuel Contreras.
