Interface OUTPUTS blew out - HELP

I have an Edirol AU-25EX and the OUTPUTS blew out. The midi works, headphones work, basically everything in the front works but not the back panel where you have outputs.

Can anyone fix this or do I have to send it to the shop I bought if from or the dealer?

I am so lost without it, can't record anymore ☹

Best to take it to the distributor - T.O.M.S. in your part of the country. Brace yourself though - interfaces often can't be repaired.

Are you sure the outputs are blown though? It's unusual for both channels to go at the same time. Roland/Edirol have a pretty common problem where the jack sockets come loose from the circuitboard if the plugs are knocked, but they usually go intermittent before they fail and it's not usually both at once.

Thanks for the advise Alan. I opened the box and can see just under the output jacks that there is at bit of black. There is no sound coming out of the ouputs (nor from the RCA outputs.

This is such a pity, awe shucks!!

I will then rather buy another one. What do you think about the Digidesign Mbox 2 USB Audio/MIDI Pro Tools LE Interface http://www.myshopping.com.au/GO--1216352303_shopping

They have them on Bid or Buy for R3299 with all the software included as well as loads of extras. What is your take on these?

If I have to buy another interface, then maybe I can buy a mixer with interface like a PreSonus or something?
