Re-coning a 10" speaker

Does anyone by any chance know where in Cape Town I could get speakers re-coned for this bass cab?

One of them "popped" a while ago and was re-coned ( I'm not sure who re-coned it the first time) and has now "popped" again.

I'm trying to help a mate out here as quickly as possible so ANY help in the right direction would be appreciated ?

Also keen to know as I've got a Celestion Black back I'd like to have redone as it buzzes..

Bothner's workshop does reconing, but it's all down to availability of the cone kits. Celestion shouldn't be a problem, but GK I'm really not sure - depends on who made the driver.
