Yaaa, you can't. Though, they're not 'really up there' imo. But, Fergie will grill /has grilled them. They have been at the top the last 2 decades. they won't go down while Fergie's there. He's done very well.

Exactly Squonk..... much too early!!

Hey..... One (devastating) defeat does not mean we've lost the league, it's just a (slight) hiccup along the way......let's call it a (rude) wake-up call, which in itself is not a bad thing....... let's wait and see ........ Chelsea got whipped 0-1 by QPR, so we got six, so WHAT?? I must admit the team I watched playing yesterday, shocked the sh*t out of me ....... bloody idiot Johnny Evans >☹

We will pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and live to fight another day....... VIVA MAN-U

NorioDS

My dad supports ManU and I really can't stand English football but, seeing as I was visiting him, I decided to enjoy the game with him and picked ManC after watching about 10 minutes of play. You can imagine that I really loved that game ?

For me, the best part about watching the team you're supporting wallop another team is when the other team gives up and your team gets in another 2 or more goals, making it a true beating ? Yesterday did not disappoint ?

IceCreamMan

And another stumble for united....

mebbe , just mebbe its time for Sir Alex to make room for a younger un. and no disrespect to Sir Alex , he is a great manager but from the lofty heights attained its only ever downhill.

I love it.. I'm a Benfica fan and after the draw there was lotsa talk about manu finishing top but who would proceed in 2nd? Benfica or !asel!

LOL, well it turns out Benfica and Basel progressed, ai shame, at least there's still europa league

IceCreamMan

it appears united are dead set on NOT winning the league this year ?

Happy New Year to you all.

You cant win the Premiership without a goalkeeper, United will not win the league this year, unfortunately, IMHO. ?

Maybe ....... but I think our defense was more to blame..... but don't write off Man United just yet, there's still a long way to go.....
I firmly believe we will make it 20 this year, you wait and see ...... ?

You mean Man City, Tamla? Being on top now is premature and purely to make the race more exciting towards the end of season ..... they don't deserve to win the league... ?

BTW. You may be the only person I know who is a Man City supporter .... ?
